Once your request is approved, we will schedule a secure courier pickup from your doorstep at no additional cost to ensure the safe transit of your precious items.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our gemologists verify the item's condition at our facility, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
